Is delivery free?

Shipping costs are completely free!

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to over 21 countries across Europe.

You can place an order from the country where you’re located by selecting from the country list. It is not possible to have orders delivered to another country.

What are your delivery times?

For standard delivery please allow 3-9 working days.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until it arrives. It may take up to 48 hours before the tracking information is available.

The courier will also send updates so look out for these for the most up to date status of your delivery and alternative options if you are not home.

Returns

What’s your Returns Policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive to return. We ask that items are returned in the original condition and packaging as received.

How do I return something?

It’s really simple, follow these steps:

1. Place the item(s) with its original packaging in the package.

2. Include the returns document in the package. (It’s okay to include returns for multiple orders, but be sure to include the relevant returns documents for each order).

3. Stick the returns label on the sealed package.(You will have received this in your order).

4. All you have to do now is take your package to the nearest drop off point.

Haven’t got a returns label? Not to worry, simply log into your account, find the order you wish to return and select ‘Return Order’.

Have you received my return?

You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

When can I expect my refund?

You’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to arrive and you will be reimbursed to the original payment method used to place your order.

Please note how long this takes to reflect into your account will be dependent on your card provider.

Can I exchange an item?

We’re unable to exchange, but using our free shipping and returns you can place a new order for the correct item.
